Heritage: A Whimsical Legacy of Flavor
Our story begins in 2021, but the roots of our bakery are entwined in the hands of generations past. Baking is in my blood—a magical thread woven through both sides of my family. From a young age, I found myself enchanted by the kitchen, with one of my earliest memories being a 6-year-old me pressing fork tines into peanut butter cookies, creating that familiar crosshatch pattern.
To me, the kitchen wasn’t just a place to cook—it was a realm of creativity and discover. The art of crafting food and restaurants can be found in both my mother’s and father’s families. Their legacy of culinary magic flowed through me, and it was there that I first discovered the joy of alchemy—turning simple ingredients into something extraordinary.
As I grew, my love for baking became my own personal laboratory, where I could explore the unexpected and play the part of a mad scientist, blending flavors and techniques in ways that sparked delight. Each recipe became a new spell, a fresh experiment in how I could surprise the senses with flavors pulled from the most unexpected places.

📦 How Our Order & Pickup Process Works
We’re a small-batch, made-to-order bakery—meaning nothing is pre-baked or sitting on a shelf. Every loaf, muffin, or treat you receive is lovingly crafted fresh, just for you.
🕰️ Order Deadline:
To give each dough the time it needs to ferment and develop its full flavor, all orders must be placed by:
Tuesday at 11:59 PM.
🛒 Ingredient Gathering & Dough Prep:
We begin sourcing ingredients and starting the doughs on Wednesday morning, allowing for a long, slow ferment that brings depth, digestibility, and deliciousness.
🚗 Pickup or Delivery:
Orders will be ready on Saturday for local pickup or delivery (available within our delivery zone for a fee). This schedule also aligns with our Farmers Market flow, so everything is fresh and in sync with the weekend vibe.

This thoughtful timing ensures you’re getting the freshest possible product, made with care and purpose—not rushed, not frozen, just real food made the real way.
